APPROACH | STANDARDS | ADVANTAGE | WHO WE ARE

Creative Standards
The constant pursuit of creative excellence is not only in our minds but
also in our actions. Every time a project is commissioned to us, we fulfill
a set of creative criteria* that we believe accomplishes our goal of producing
the most appropriate design for a client within time and budget constraints.
In addition, we continually empower our creative staff by encouraging them
to join international design competitions and pursue opportunities for continuing
education. Our company has also set aside a substantial budget for books,
magazines and resources that we believe will help motivate, encourage, and
inform our staff about the latest trends and technologies in the design industry
worldwide.
Management Standards
In order for us to remain consistent to our ideals and excellence, a set
of systems has been established. These systems help our staff manage, control
and uphold our quality across different business partners and vendors. The
following are some of the processes, briefly explained:
Qualification of business partners/vendors. Since we
are mainly a design company, we subcontract our production requirements
to our accredited pool of business partners or vendors. This accredited
pool of business partners and vendors have passed our strict criteria
of technical proficiency, hardware capability, pricing policy, material
sourcing, and lead-time commitment.
Project Management. This is our most widely
used system because it covers almost our entire operation from contact
management, project costing, estimating, expense accounting, time/job-tracking
to even prospecting. This is made possible with Studio Manager -
a specialized software database system intended for the graphic design
industry developed by Tokerud Consulting, a well-known U.S. software
development company that specializes in software solutions for the
graphic design industry.
